Preparing for launch

Your church. Connected.

Churchluma is a branded church website and a clear workspace for updates, events, and community communication. The product is being prepared for launch. Production accounts and live payments are not available on this site.

This is Churchluma’s own website. Gracefield, the church you can explore, is a fictional demonstration, not our company and not a customer.

A little hope.

A deeper faith.

A place to belong.

Planned

Church workspace and member features

A signed-in workspace for staff and members is planned. This release has no login.

Announcements

From a note to an approved update.

This is the workflow Churchluma is being built around. The connections below are planned. They are not live on this website.

  1. Start with a voice note, text, or poster.
  2. Prepare an announcement.
  3. The church reviews and approves it.
  4. Approved content can go on the website and other channels.
  5. The announcement can be scheduled to expire.

Automatic transcription is not connected. WhatsApp intake and outbound delivery are not connected. Email delivery and background scheduling are not live. Nothing on this page sends a message.

How it works

A calm path to launch.

Discuss the church’s needs

We start with the people, languages, and pages the church actually wants.

Set up branding, pages, and content

The public website is prepared from the church’s own material.

Review and approve

The church checks the result before anything is treated as ready.

Launch after production onboarding

A public launch waits until the production setup for that church is in place. This site does not promise a turnaround time.

Languages

Language setup is included in every plan.

English and Spanish are the initial website languages. You can request another language at no extra setup charge. Church-specific translations are reviewed and approved before they are published. This does not mean every language already exists, that an automatic translation is always right, or that every future workspace screen is already translated.

Pricing preview

Proposed plans, in US dollars.

These are proposed subscriptions. There is no checkout, no live recurring billing, and no way to activate a subscription on this website.

Yearly billing equals 10 monthly payments: 2 months less than paying monthly for 12 months.

Starter

$55 per month

A branded public website the church team keeps current.

No managed content-update allotment is included.

Growth

$89 per month

The public website plus help keeping content current.

2 managed content updates per month.

Managed

$189 per month

More hands-on care for a busy church team.

4 managed content updates per month in total, plus onboarding, a monthly review, and priority email support.

Language setup is included. This preview does not set storage quotas, visitor caps, support hours, payment fees, or an uptime promise.

Custom solutions

When a church needs something of its own.

Custom church website or platform

A church website or workspace adapted beyond the shared plans.

Independent custom software

A separate software project for a church or another organisation.

Pricing is by quotation.

Source-code ownership, hosting, maintenance, and handover are decided in the project contract. A custom project does not automatically include ownership, lifetime maintenance, or unlimited revisions.

Questions

Before you enquire

Who is Churchluma for?

Churchluma is for churches that want a branded public website and, later, a workspace for updates and community communication.

What can I explore today?

You can read this website and open the Gracefield demonstration in English or Spanish. You cannot create an account, pay, or publish a real church from this site.

Which languages are available?

English and Spanish are available now. Additional language setup is included in every plan and is prepared with the church. It is not an automatic translation of every screen.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly prices are 10 times the monthly price, so two months are saved compared with 12 monthly payments. Billing is not live yet.

What is a managed content update?

It is a content change Churchluma would make for the church. Growth includes 2 per month. Managed includes 4 per month in total, not an extra 4 on top of Growth.

Can a church use its own domain?

Custom domains are a planned capability. They are not connected in this release.

Can I ask for custom software?

Yes. Custom church work and independent software projects are quoted separately. The contract sets ownership, hosting, maintenance, and handover.

Can the church take donations here?

Live payment integration is not connected. Future integrations are intended to pay the church through its own eligible provider account. The bank account must belong to the church’s registered legal entity. Provider verification and Churchluma’s review are separate. A review by Churchluma does not replace the provider’s own identity checks.

See the demonstration, or prepare an enquiry.

Churchluma is preparing for launch. Exploring the demo does not create a church account. Preparing an enquiry does not send it.
